Steps

Wash and pressure cook rice for 2 whistles by adding water.

Heat cooking oil in a pan.

Add cashews and jeera fry till golden brown.

Add ginger, cinnamon and cloves.

Add chopped carrot and fresh green peas, saute.

Cover and cook until translucent.

After releasing the pressure of cooker add cooked rice and salt.

Mix well in low flame.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
