Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspginger chopped
  2. 4 tbspgarlic chopped
  3. 1 and 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  4. 3 tbsptomato ketchup
  5. 1 tspsoya sauce
  6. 2green chilli finely chopped
  7. 1 tbspHot sauce
  8. 1/2 tspWhite vinegar
  9. 1/4 tspred colour
  10. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In pan add oil, when it becomes hot add ginger garlic and green chilli. Stir for min on medium flame. Then add red chilli powder and 1/2 cup water. Stir and cook on slow flame till oil separates. Then add remaining sauces,salt. 1/4 cup water and let it cook on slow flame for 3 mins.
