  5. Onion
  6. Beans
  7. Fresh pepper
  8. Onion
  9. Green beans
  10. Plantain
  11. Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil the beans.pour out and rinse boil back again add salt to taste.and boil till is soft.

  2. 2

    Slice and fry plantain in vegetable oil.

  3. 3

    Boil the fish season with salt,knorr cubes and onion.

  4. 4

    Blend the fresh pepper,fry in vegetable oil adding salt,onion and green beans.
