First we can wash the rice and daals soak for 1 hour

Cut all the vegetables and keep aside

In a pressure cooker put ghee and add jeera, red dry Chilli, Hing,curry leaves, green chilli fry for 30 second and all the vegetables Fry for 2 min then add All dry masala fry for 2 minutes then add rice and daal mixture mix well add 6 cups water add salt and mix well and add coriander leaves and add one tablespoon ghee and close the pressure cooker and take 4 whistles.
