Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • 1/2 cupmogar
  • 1/2 cup mixedGreen daal & chana daal
  • Vegetables you can like
  • as requiredCabbage, peas, carrot, beans.mixed 2 cup chopped the vegatables
  • 1 choppedOnion
  • 1 choppedTomato
  • 1 tsp choppedGinger
  • 1/4 tspHaldi
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 ChoppedGreen chilli
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 3 tspGhee
  • 2Dry Red Chillies
  • as requiredCoriander leaves for garnishing.
  • 1/2 tspHing / asafoetida
  • 1 choppedGreen Shimla Mirch / capsicum
  • 1 tspJeera / cumin
  • as requiredCurry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    First we can wash the rice and daals soak for 1 hour

  2. 2

    Cut all the vegetables and keep aside

    In a pressure cooker put ghee and add jeera, red dry Chilli, Hing,curry leaves, green chilli fry for 30 second and all the vegetables Fry for 2 min then add All dry masala fry for 2 minutes then add rice and daal mixture mix well add 6 cups water add salt and mix well and add coriander leaves and add one tablespoon ghee and close the pressure cooker and take 4 whistles.
