Take 3cups wheat flour and 1cup Tawa add 1tsp salt or as per taste add 1/2tsp ajwain 1/2tsp Tarmaric powder 1/2cup oil make hard dough by using water

After making dough make balls
6balls from dough add water in that upto balls will dip in water boil it 10 minutes on full flame and 5 minutes on low flame - 3
Put out from water cut into pieces then deep fry it golden brown

Now we cook dal wash the dal add some water add chopped tomatoes add green chili chopped take 3,4 whistle open cooker mash it finely add water as per required now heat 2tsp oil add cumin seeds add chili powder add into dal dal also ready serve hot hot
