Untuk mangga, lebih enak pake mangga harum manis, cari yang ga ada kecutnya. Mangga Dok Mai enak, bisa beli di Total Buah. Kalau aku pake Mangga Golek se nemunya di Supermarket, belum musim mangga soalnya susah cari mangga 😁

Ingredients

45 mins
4 servings
  • 250 grberas ketan kualitas baik
  • 500 mlsantan (kalau pakai KARA dll bagi 2 100 ml an ditambah air 400 ml sisanya untuk saus)
  • 1sdm gula pasir (sesuai selera)
  • 1/4sdt garam
  • 1lembar daun pandan
  • Bahan saus
  • 250 mlsantan (kalo pake KARA dll ambil 100 ml tambahkan air 150 ml)
  • 1/4sdt garam
  • 3sdm gula pasir
  • 1sdm susu kental manis (atau diganti gula pasir semua, manis sesuai selera)
  • 1/2sdt essence vanili
  • 1lembar daun pandan
  • 1sdm tepung maizena
  • 1buah mangga (arum manis, dok mai, dll menyesuaikan)

Steps

    Rendam ketan selama minimal 2 jam

  2. 2

    Tiriskan ketan, masukkan santan, garam dan daun pandan yang diikat (kalau pakai magic com tinggal klik cook sampai masak)

    Masak di api sedang sambil sesekali diaduk sampai santan asat. Siapkan kukusan.

  4. 4

    Kukus di api sedang dalam dandang selama 20 menit sampai ketan kesat dan akas. Dinginkan.

  5. 5

    Siapkan bahan saus. Masukkan semua bahan saus ke dalam panci, masak di api sedang. Aduk terus.

  6. 6

    Setelah saus mulai panas, ambil 1/4 gelas adonan, masukkan tepung maizena, aduk sampai rata.

  7. 7

    Masukkan adonan dan maizena ke dalam panci saus (jangan lupa disaring). Aduk terus hingga mendidih. Bisa tambahkan maizena sesuai dengan kekentalan yang diinginkan.

    Dinginkan, simpan dulu di lemari es, karena mango sticky rice ini enak dimakan dingin-dingin 🙂

    Potong mangga sesuai selera, taruh ketan, siram dengan saus. Selamat menikmati 😊
