Steps

Peel yam, cut into small cubes and place in a pot with little water and parboil; wash and dice the green leaf and set aside

Dice or roughly blend pepper and onions, set aside
Once the yam is tender, add smoked fish, add pepper and onion, salt, knorr cube, crayfish and finally palm oil - 3
Stir after 3 minutes and finally add ugu leaf turn off heat and serve
