Debone and wash the dried fish with warm water to remove dirt,in an oil heated pan,add grated bonnet pepper and onion,garlic and stir add in the dried fish,carrots and peas with the noodles' seasoning and cover,allow for about 5 mins then put in the noodles and cover till it's done.
