Steps

Take the dough & keep it a side. Take all the ingreadiants and mix them well as shown

Teke a small piece out of the dough and make a roll out of it. With your fingers start increasing the shape of the small dough like a circle shape. Put small quantity of butter on the spreaded portion. Then put masala on it. From sides close the shape in center.

Now roll it with the help of belan on a flat surface/chakla. Then put it on a pan and on medium low flame. After sometime flip it the other side and spread the butter on it. Let the side unbuttered be cooked.

Flip it and let both tye sides be buttered and cooked. Now potato Parantha is ready to eat. Serve it with butter and curd.
