Steps

Soaked rice for already one hour.
Boil water, add orange food colour and cook rice, drain excess water
Take ghee add elaichi, stir it, now add milk and sugar, stir till sugar is dissolved. Add rice and Kewra drops. - 2
Add rice and Kewra drops. Cover the lid with dry cloth.add little khoya in it.
Keep your daigchi on Tawa. Cook on high flame for five minutes and then on low flame for 15 minutes. Don't open the lid.
Before serving garnish with khoya, gulab jamun, chum chum n nuts.

If you don’t have khoya, you can add fresh milk balai in zarda before dum.
