Wash the coriander with water and cut down the roots from coriander,cut into fine chops.

On the stove put a bowl with 2 tablespoon of oil with dal,mustard seeds and asafoetida powder.Wait until dal changes into brown.

Add the chopped coriander, onion,garlic,chopped coconut pieces.Fry this for 3 to 5 mins and off the flame wait for sometime to get the ingredients to room temperature.

Replace all the ingredients to mixie jar and add 1 tablespoon of powder salt, add little amount of water.

Grind these ingredients into fine paste.

Finally add one tablespoon of oil with mustard seeds and dal, curry leaves till dal turns into brown. Add this into chutney and serve the chutney with dosa, idli,curd rice.
