Steps

Take a bowl add maida water and curd

Add salt, red chilli, coriander powder and aam achar masala and prepare thick batter

Take a soya chaap and cut from both sides and add into a batter

Rest for 30 minutes

Take a pan heat the flame add oil
- 6
When oil is hot add soya chaap on medium flame for fry
- 7
When chaap is in brown colour then serve and enjoy
