Take a bowl put sabudana pour water soak for 4 to 5 hours

Then drain water keep aside,mean while take a blender put mint,ginger,chilli,cumin,salt make fine paste

Heat a Kadhai pour oil add mustard seeds when it's splits then add onion,carrot,keep sauteing once it's soften then add boiled potato pieces

Then pour mint paste add sabudana mix well add salt turmeric roasted peanut powder keep mix well close lid as 2 mins once it's colour flavour binds to sabudana then take out and it's ready to serve.
