Mix maida floor with salt ajvain and 7-8 tbs refind oil.

Then add water and make a dough.

Then take a piece of dough and make a tortilla with the help of roller..

Then cut the tortilla in shape of matar.

Then take a pan and deep fry the matar in refind oil.

Delicious matar are ready.
