Veg biryani kabab

In a bowl add veg biryani, salt, mashed potatoes, green chillies, grated cheese, coriander leaves, mash and mix all ingredients together

Make small small balls out of this mixture

In another bowl add maida, salt, and dash of water, make little thick batter
- 4
Dip the biryani kabab in maida batter then coat well in bread crumbes, press little and give the shape of patties
- 5
Deep Fry them in low to medium flame till it become golden brown in colour,
- 6
Serve hot with chutney and lachcha onion.
