In a bowl put 2 cup rava and curd and salt mix well and add some water and soak for 30 min.

In a pan and put oil add mustard seeds and Udad dal, chana dal, green chillie Fry for 30 sec tadka is readyand add in rava batter and add baking soda.

For grind masala :roast all ingredients and grind well

In a Idli cooker put the batter in the plates and steam for 15 minutes. The rava idli ready.

In a pan put oil mustard seeds and jeera then Hing then add add an onion Fry for for 2 minutes and add ginger garlic paste and tomato and Fry for 2 minutes and add salt haldi and grind masala 3 tablespoon and add tomato sauce and mix well and cook for 5 minutes the masala is ready and last add lemon juice and coriander leaves..

Take the rava idli and dipped in the masala and arrange in the plate and grade the cheese garnish with Chopped onion...
