Ingredients

  1. 750 gBeef Mince
  2. 400 gKidney Beans
  3. 400 gChopped Tomatoes
  4. 2 tbspTomato Puree
  5. 2tsps Chilli Powder
  6. 1Grated Carrot
  7. 1Large Onion
  8. 1Garlic Clove
  9. 1Stock Cube

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop the onion and garlic and soften in oil or butter. Start grsting the carrot and add when finished.

    Add the mince and stir until brown.

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes, kidney beans and stock cube, then simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.

    Serve with rice, garlic bread or in a wrap with grated cheese.
