Steps

Dry roast Semiya until light golden brown and keep a side

Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds and let them crackle. add curry leaves, urad dal and green chilli and sauté it for 2 minutes

Add roasted Semiya and mix well
- 4
Add water into it and mix well and let water boiled
- 5
Once water starts boiling add turmeric powder, salt, sugar and cumin coriander powder and mix well and cover with lid and cook for 3 minutes or until water is absorbed

Turn of the heat and serve Semiya/Vermicelli Upma
