Boil and mash the potaoes.take a handful of the mashed potatoes and form a hole in it.

Add the mince meat inside the hole made.cover it with the potato so that it forms a round or oval ball

Beat an egg and dip the potato in the egg then shallow fry on medium heat until golden on both sides
