  • 2boiled egg
  • 1 eah choppedonion, tomato
  • 1 tbspginger garlic
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    First peel egg and mash or chopped well

  2. 2

    Heat pan add oil,add mustard and saute ginger,garlic,tomato,onion and saute well

  3. 3

    Add spices and egg and toss well till 5 minutes and serve.
