It is my son's favourite summer drink.It is a very tasty and tangy drink and is full of antioxidants....mint, coriander,ginger, lemon,cumin seeds etc.#streetfood
Steps

Wash mint leaves, coriander leaver, ginger and green chillies.

Grind all the masala, mint, coriander, chillies and ginger to a fine paste.Add little water if required.

Empty the chutney and store in the refrigerator for a week.

Take 2 heaped tbsp of the mint chutney in a jar.Add 1/2litre chilled water.Let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour or more. Strain the jal jeera.Sqeeze the juice of 3 lemon.mix and serve chilled garnished with Bondi and mint leaves.

NOTES- you can add less amchur powder and can add nimbu ka saath(citric acid crystals). Con adjust the amount of all the spices according to taste. Always serve very chilled
