  1. 1 cup eachraw rice, idli rice,urad dal (spilit black gram lentil)
  2. 1/4 tbsp fenugreek seeds
  3. as neededrose syrup and carrot syrup

  1. 1

    First rinse rice, urad dal and fenugreek in a separate bowl for 8 to 10 hours. Grind above mentioned ingredients separately. Now mix well and make it a Idli batter consistency.

  2. 2

    Now take two bowls, in one bowl add rose syrup and batter and in another bowl add carrot syrup and mix well.

  3. 3

    Take a Idli maker and grease it with oil. Now pour the mixed batter and allow to steam for 20 mins. It's ready to eat.
