Ingredients

2 cupSemolina(suji)
1 cupcurd
1 cuppowdered sugar
1 cupleftover malai / cream
1 cupmilk
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
1 tspvanila essence

Steps

In large bowl add semolina,powdered sugar,leftover malai,curd,1/2 cup milk mix well,keep aside for 10 minutes

Add remaining milk

Add baking powder, baking soda, vanila essence mix well

Pour the mixture into the greased cake tin

Now carefully place the cake tin into the cooker

Close the lid of without gasket and whistle and bake for 25-30 minutes

Let it cool down turn the cake upside down on a plate and cut into wedges and serve
