Shev bhaji

This is a very tasty spicy gravy curry from vidharbh maharshtra.
Steps

In a pan take 1 tspn oil onion, green chillies,garlic,ginger and saute for 5 mins. Later add tomatoes and saute till they become soft.

Grind the above saute mixture to a smooth paste. In a pan add oil and the paste. Add sugar (helps to ooze out oil),red chilli powder and turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, garam masala and saute till oil oozes out.

Add water, salt and let it boil. Then add some crushed masala shev, coriander leaves and turn off flame.

Ready to serve hot with shev,onions, lemon and jeera rice
