Ingredients

  • 2ripe plaintain
  • 1 cupgizzard
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cuponions
  • 2garlic cloves
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Green and red bell pepper
  • Seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry plaintain and set it aside

  2. 2

    Boil gizzard in pot add chicken cube. Set aside

  3. 3

    Add onions and garlic in pot and sauté with vegetable oil. Add in scotch bonnet and bell pepper and stir fry

  4. 4

    Add in seasoning cubes and add plaintain and gizzard

  5. 5

    Mix well and let it cook for about 5 mins
