For ganache
1 cupdark chocolate
1 cupcream
2 tbspbutter

Firstly add all purpose flour,salt,cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl and sieve it for three times.

After that take another bowl.Add buttermilk, powdered sugar.Mix it very well till melting sugar.now add baking soda and leave it for 5 minutes.afterthat add vanilla essence and mix it.

Now mix the buttermilk batter in all purpose flour mixture.afterthat add oil and mix it very well.now pour it in pregreased microsafe dish.Microwave it for five minutes.let it cool.

For chocolate ganache add chocolate and cream in a microwave safe bowl.microwave it for1 minute.now mix it and add butter.and mix it very well.now spread some sugar syrup on cake.and make Ur picture pulling design after that spread chocolate ganache on the cake.

For picture pulling design make a hole upper side on the cake.and printout your pictures and laminate too.after that take a straw and roll on your pictures on it.and fit that straw in the hole.both sides of straw fit in the cake.after that pictures upper side polythene paste in bday or anniversary tag.and cover the whole cake with chocolate ganache.now your cake is ready.
