Soak the rice and daal overnight separately

And grind the urad first in grinder for 30 mins until fine grinded,remove and grind the rice in it for 20 mins

Let it ferment for 4 hrs then nice dosa will come

Take the quantity you want to use and add little water if thick and adjust salt,pour the batter on hot tawa..,cook on both side until done,drizzle with ghee on both side

Voila yummy dosa is ready can be eaten with anything.
