Ingredients

  1. 3 cupRice (soaked)
  2. 1 cupChana dal
  3. 3-4Onion (fried)
  4. 2Tomato chopped
  5. 1/2 tbspGaram masala
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1 tspCoriander powder
  8. to tasteSalt,
  9. as neededghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan..add oil then add hing jeera add dal and masalas..let it cook...

  2. 2

    After cook dal then spread rice and spread on it fried onion then put over dal and again repeat the method

  3. 3

    Give dum and serve hot with raita and as your choice
