You can either deep fry the vermicelli or stir fry it on the 2tbsp of ghee..i prefer stir frying them until brown as it uses litle oil compared to deep frying them,but deep frying coats all of them in the same colour and turn dnt stick much like when stir frie

After they have browned,add in your sugar.it deoends on how seeet u want it but half a cup will suffice.and some water just to cover and cardomon and vanilla.Add the raisins also

Stir fry making sure it doesn't stick.cook until all the water eveporates and it has cooked all through.Remove and spread the tambi in a sinia so that they don't stick to become like ugali.mix it a few times in the sinia then pit it in your serving dish.enjoy it as a sweet snack with tea or coffee.
