Ingredients

2 Bottles
  1. 4 kgforaged apples
  2. 5 cupswater
  3. Hand full of plums and grapes

Cooking Instructions

    Fill bottom section of steam juicer with water.

  2. 2

    Wash cut and check for grubs in the apples

  3. 3

    Chop and core to remove the seeds. The seeds contain small traces of arsenic. Steam apples for 1 hour then I always throw in plums and grapes. Continue to steam untill the middle chamber fills to about 5 cups worth.

    Bottle drink and enjoy. I always store in the fridge.
