Take I cup of Chana Dal in cooker wash it twice then boil this then smash little with spoon.

Then add 1/2 cup of jaggery,add little Cardamom powder mix and melt this.

When it mix well with Chana Dal,then remove from heat and cool this completely.

Then grind in a mixer to a smooth paste and keep aside.

In a bowl take 1 cup of wheat flour and 1/2 cup maida add little salt add oil and little turmeric powder mix it with water and make the dough and cover this for 2-3 hrs.

Then take a little ball sized dough like for Chappathi fill the Chana Dal dough cover it and roll it like a Chappathi and fry on Tawa on both sides adding oil.Serve hot with ghee and milk.
