Ingredients

  1. 2aloo chopped / potato
  2. 250 gmpalak chopped/ spinach
  3. 1 tspcumin
  4. as per tastesalt
  5. 1 tspturmeric
  6. 1 tspred chilli
  7. 1 tbspcoriander
  8. 1 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat oil add cumin and put palak and aloo

  2. 2

    Mix all spices and stir it

  3. 3

    Cover it and cook till aloo become soft and palak become tender and serve with roti.
