Ingredients

  • 2aloo chopped / potato
  • 250 gmpalak chopped/ spinach
  • 1 tspcumin
  • as per tastesalt
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspred chilli
  • 1 tbspcoriander
  • 1 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat oil add cumin and put palak and aloo

  2. 2

    Mix all spices and stir it

  3. 3

    Cover it and cook till aloo become soft and palak become tender and serve with roti.
