In a mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together, add the milk and combine them to form a dough, knead the dough for about 2-3 minutes.

Once the dough is smooth, add the butter and continue kneading, until the butter is completely incorporated and the dough is smooth and shiny.

Cover the dough and allow it to rise in a warm place, for about an hour.

Turn the dough out unto a flour surface, divide the dough into 8 pieces. Round all of the pieces into smooth balls.

Grease a pan with butter and drizzle with a flour. Then place the dough balls into a the pan. Cover the pan and let the loaves rise until they're puffy and have a soft texture.

Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius. Uncover the loaves, and bake them until their crust is golden brown. Remove them from the oven and let them cool.
