Dum paneer black pepper
Steps

Make a paste of ginger,garlic and green chilli.now Heat 1-2tsp of ghee into pan and fry onion till it's golden brown colour in medium flame.

Take a mixer jar add golden brown onion little water and make a paste of it.

Heat ghee into pan add bay leaf,green cardimum,clove and cinemon stick and saute than add brown onion paste and fry it for 2-3 min than add curd.

Mix and fry it than add ginger,garlic,green chilli paste saute than add cumin powder,coriander powder and mix it and fry for 2-3 mins.

Now add crushed black pepper mix it than add salt and garam masala powder mix it and fry in medium flame.

Now add paneer and then add cream mix it gently than add mint leaves and coriander leaves.

Now cover it silver foil than cover it with lid and cook it for 8-10 mins in low flame and it's done.

Serve it hot with roti or parathas.
