Wash rice and soak for 20 mins.Marinate the chicken with the ing mentioned under to marinate.

Heat pot or cooker with oil,add whole spices and saute till smell nice.Add onions and green chillies and fry till lightly golden.Transfer marinated chicken and cook until it turns pale and white.This takes around 3-4 mins.Take care not to burn.

Add tomatoes.Cooked until the tomatoes turn mushy and looks completely cooked.Add chopped mint and coriander and cook till the chicken release the nice aroma.

Make sure the tomatoes are cooked completely.Pour enough water or stock to cook rice,when it comes to boil add the salt and drained rice.Cook until the rice is done completely.Towards the end simmer the flame and cover the pot,cook on a low flame for 3-4 mins.
