  • 100 grampeeled and chopped papaya
  • 1/2 tea spoonblack salt
  • 1/2 tea spoonblack pepper
  • 1/2 tea spoonroasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoonghee
  • as neededCream for garnishing

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil chopped pieces of papaya.

  2. 2

    Cool and grind in mixer.

    Now heat ghee. Add black pepper.

    Add papaya paste. Add rest of the spices.

    Add half cup water and bring to boil.

    Serve hot by garnishing with cream.
