Ingredients

  1. 1 kgkachcha aam / raw mango
  2. accordingly Salt
  3. accordingly to tasteRed chilli
  4. 2 tbspturmeric
  5. 2 tbspfenugreek
  6. 4 tbspsaunf / fennel
  7. 1 tspasafoetida
  8. 500 mloil or accordingly after cook

Steps

    Wash and wipe aam

  2. 2

    Now cut in 2 pieces

  3. 3

    Heat oil add all whole spices

  4. 4

    Place aam and other powder spices

  5. 5

    Mix well and cook till a soft crunch,off the flame

  6. 6

    Now leave it open it cool completely

  7. 7

    After cool, place it in a jar,if oil is not floating,heat 500 ml.more oil in other pan and cool it.pour on achar and keep in air tight container
