Wash and wipe aam

Now cut in 2 pieces

Heat oil add all whole spices

Place aam and other powder spices

Mix well and cook till a soft crunch,off the flame

Now leave it open it cool completely

After cool, place it in a jar,if oil is not floating,heat 500 ml.more oil in other pan and cool it.pour on achar and keep in air tight container
