Ingredients

  • 1 gyam
  • 2ripe plantains
  • Onion, pepper, ginger and garlic paste
  • 2boiled eggs
  • 4raw eggs
  • Spices of choice
  • Salt
  • Parsley
  • 2 tablespoonflour

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and boil the yam for 15mnts

  2. 2

    Then add the plantains and add 5 more minutes

  3. 3

    Transfer it into a large bowl and smash it using a potato smasher

  4. 4

    Add the paste, salt, spices and diced boiled eggs.

  5. 5

    Using ur hand mixed it well until it combine

  6. 6

    Roll the mixture evenly

    Break some eggs and add the flour in it, "this process is a lot easier and it saves time"

    Deep the rolls into the egg mixture and fry on medium heat until golden brown
