Steps
- 1
For the fish, take a pan and fill it with water and the filets. Turn the heat on around medium to high.
- 2
While you wait for the fish to thaw, (I use a rice cooker) fill the rice cooker 2 cups full of water and 1 cup of rice. I use a dash of lemon juice because it removes the starch from the rice, but you can use a pad of butter. Now wait for it to cook! :)
- 3
Now that the fish is thawed, drain out the water. Get as much of it out as you can.
- 4
Try to keep filets separated and don't let them fall apart, but if they do I usually chop them up into pieces. Pour olive oil all over the fish until there is a coating on the pan. Lower there heat to low. Cover with lemon pepper. Cook for about 5 min. or so and repeat with the other side.
- 5
Now that everything is ready, dish up the food and put what seasoning you want with the rice. My brother uses hot sauce, my dad uses garlic with salt and pepper, my mom and I usually use soysauce.

Enjoy!
