Can’t be arsed amazing aglio olio

Sometimes you just cannot be arsed. Work is long, kids are being little d*cks, but you still want good pasta. This is for those days.
Can’t be arsed amazing aglio olio
Sometimes you just cannot be arsed. Work is long, kids are being little d*cks, but you still want good pasta. This is for those days.
Steps
- 1
Start boiling up about 1 litre of water, with a teaspoon of salt and a dash of olive oil
- 2
Mince the garlic, grate the Parmesan
- 3
Heat the bog-standard olive oil over a gentle heat, and sauté the minced garlic. Don’t let it go brown. If it goes brown just bin it and order a pizza.
- 4
Add the chilli flakes and continue to sauté
- 5
By now the water should be boiling. Add the pasta and boil for around 9 mins
- 6
When the pasta is to your liking, drain it and put it back in the pan
- 7
Chuck in all your nice garlic-chilli mix, add a bit of Parmesan and all of your posh extra virgin olive oil. Mix it up all special.
- 8
Tell the kids to get out, close the door, and serve up with the rest of the Parmesan. Tomorrow is another day.
