Take dry fruits and rose petals.

Put in a grinder,add sugar.

Grind to a fine powder.

Sieve the powder and reserve coarse part which may be used in other recipes like pua,pancakes etc.

Keep thandai powder in a jar and can be use upto 2months.

Now take3table spoon powder in 1/2cup of milk and soak for 10minutes.

Now we'll make 3servings,so add 1.5 cup milk to the blender and add soaked thandai powder,blend well.

Pour in serving glasses.serve chilled.
