#mykidsfavouritedish....I just learned how to prepare these cookies recently in one of cookpad's classes and they've become on top of the list of my kids favourite snack they just can't get enough of them

Mix icing sugar and margarine in a bowl

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix using your hands

Make a dough not soo soft, it should be a bit hard
- 4
Divide the dough into four equal part and add colour of choice in every part, cover with cling and refrigerate for 30mins
- 5
Remove from fridge and flatten each part with a rolling pin, then place different colour on top of the other

Roll it up carefully then use a sharp knife to cut

Grease your baking tray and place them leaving enough space for them to expand

Bake at 180 degrees for 15mins

Once ready leave them to cool
