Steps

Heat oil in a broad non stick pan add the cumin seeds and onions and saute on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes.

Add the ginger garlic green chilli paste and saute for 1-2 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, green peas, capsicum and saute for another 2 minutes.

Add palak paste mix well and cook for 2 minutes while stirring continuously.

Add the rice and salt, Maggi cubes, biryani masala and chilli powder and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

Sreve hot with raita and papad.
