After watching too many cooking channels, I got curious to try making this.. 😂😂 The taste is indeed light, typical of Western cuisine.. but it's really simple to make.. perfect for an occasional dish..

After watching too many cooking channels, I got curious to try making this.. 😂😂 The taste is indeed light, typical of Western cuisine.. but it's really simple to make.. perfect for an occasional dish..

Wash the potato thoroughly, cut into medium-sized cubes (not too big or small). Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs, mix well, and let sit for about 10 minutes.

Prepare the chicken, rub with lemon juice to remove any odor, coat with barbecue sauce and Italian herbs, massage well, and let sit for about 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven. Prepare a baking tray lined with aluminum foil (you can also use a Pyrex dish), arrange the potatoes on one side, and the chicken on the other side. Sprinkle with onion, butter, and garlic randomly, sprinkle cheese over the potatoes, and finally sprinkle more Italian herbs.

Bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour until the potatoes are cooked. Ready to serve..
