Get ready the ingredients

Place a pot of 1/2cup of oil on heat,add onion,stir till fry,then rainse the ugu and add it to the hot oil,stir together, add 1 cube of magi,garlic and ginger powder,salt to taste..stir till done,it will be somehow watery so leave it till the water dry off

Then,add the chicken into the ugu,stir together, reduce the heat to the least,den cover it for steaming for 5mins.set aside

For the sauce,place another pan of the remaining oil on heat

Add onion,stir till fry

Add shredded,grated pepper and tomatoe, stir it

Add kpomo and squeeze fish,one magi cube,salt,powdered garlic and ginger,cornbeef, stir it till done

Then,add 1tbsp of chopped green bell pepper and soy sauce, stir it in a vrg low heat,allow it cooked

Now,pick 3 veggie chicken in a clean serving bowl,top it with the ugu,follow by the sauce den garnish it with edible leaf and enjoy your meal
