Kesar Pista Ghari
Surti's favourite special On Chandni Padva

Take maida in parat add 2tbsp. Ghee and make a tight dough. Rest it for 10-15 mins.

Now heat 2tbsp. Ghee in a pan roast besan for 2-3 mins and take in a plate. Same pan roast khoya till ghee start to release add chopped nuts kesar and turn off flame let it cool.Add cardamom powder and 1/4cup castor sugar. Mix well. And make a ball.

Now make a small ball from dough. Roll thin puri. Stuff mava ball and seal like kachori.Remove extra part and press with soft hand and make shape like peda.

Heat ghee in a pan and fry ghari on mid. slow flame. Pour ghee with spoon on upper part. Fry till it's pink colur.Take out and deep in a melted ghee and freeze for 1/2hr.

Now make a mixture of 1/4cup castor sugar and ghee beat with spoon till it's change colour and fluffy. Coat all ghari with this mixture. Again do this process 2times. And put in a freeze for 2-3hrs For perfect taste and texture of coated ghee. Garnish with pista and kesar.
