  1. 2 cupsyogurt, plain
  2. 6 ice, cubed and crushed
  3. 3 teaspoonssugar, white
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt

    Use a mixer to beat the yoghurt and crushed ice until smooth.

  2. 2

    While blending add in the sugar, salt and 1½ cup of cold water. Keep mixing until a layer of foam forms on top.

  3. 3

    Serve cold in long glasses.

Hello to all the sisters on this site. I live in Kuwait City with my husband; we got married 2 yrs ago.Since I got married, I started learning how to cook from my mom. Before that I used to work full time and I never took the time to cook. I had my mum.. Now that I am home waiting for my first baby, inchallah khair!!!! I spend more time looking for new recipes on the internet and trying them in my kitchen.They don’t come that bad after all!!! I like Kuwaiti specials, but also some international dishes.
