  1. 350 grice
  2. 1 onion, cut into thin slices
  3. 2 tomatoes, peeled and crushed with a fork
  4. 50 gbutter
  5. 4 cubesbeef broth cubes, dissolved in 1 liter of water
  6. 1/4 cupparmesan cheese, grated

  1. 1

    In a saucepan, heat 1/2 the butter and fry the onion until golden.

  2. 2

    Add in the rice and tomatoes. Bring to a boil and then add in gradually the meat broth at several intervals. Every time you add 1 cup of broth, stir and wait until the rice absorbs the broth before adding more.

  3. 3

    After all the broth has been added and absorbed, stir in the remaining butter and mix well.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese on top and serve hot.

I’m Nour, my friends call me Noura. i live in Dubai and I have 2 beautiful children: Ahmad, 9 yrs old and Manal, 7 yrs old.We travel a lot and we love to try the food of the country when we are abroad. This isn’t easy with the kids since they always want to go to mcdonalds!!!However last summer we went to Lebanon for a vacation and since then my children love eating Lebanese food, they keep on asking for a manouche and kafta sandwich…I have no problem cooking all kinds of cuisine. I enjoy inviting my girlfriends for lunch and let them discover my cooking. My sister told me about this website, and I am very happy to be a member and learn more recipes.
