  • 500 gfarfalle pasta, bow tie pasta
  • 2 cupsfrozen peas
  • 1 cantuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 1 cupcelery, chopped
  • 3/4 cuplow-fat cottage cheese
  • 3/4 cuplight mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cupbuttermilk
  • 2 tablespoonsfresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoonssalt

  1. 1

    Cook pasta according to package instructions. During the final 3 minutes of cooking, add the frozen peas. Drain, rinse with cold water and put in a large serving bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix together cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and buttermilk in a blender until soft. Add the dill and salt, then keep aside.

  3. 3

    Add to the paste and pea bowl tuna flakes and celery. Pour over the cottage cheese mixture then mix well.

  4. 4

    Cover and chill for 1hour before serving.
