Combine the marinade ingredients together in a bowl then add the beef and let it marinate for at least 1 hour. Then drain the beef and reserve the marinade juice.

Heat the sesame oil in a pan, add the beef and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Combine the cornstarch and beef stock together in a bowl then add them, along with the remaining marinade juice, to the beef.

Bring the beef mixture in the pan to a boil stirring well then reduce heat and add the vegetables. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles for 4-5 minutes, drain well.

To serve, place the noodles first in a serving dish then add the beef mixture on top.
